About

Sarah obtained her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba while also competing as a student-athlete. During the completion of her degree Sarah worked as an apiary technician for Friesen Prairie Honey, allowing her to observe an array of rural real estate. Sarah joined Red River Group in 2017 as a candidate appraiser. She is currently working towards her AACI (P. App) designation through the University of British Columbia.

Areas of Expertise

Sarah works primarily with point-in-time residential appraisals specializing in rural marketplaces for financial institutions, corporations, and individuals. She performs work in the Pembina Valley area of Southern Manitoba including Winker, Morden, Carman, Altona, Manitou, as well as many points in between.
