When the Province of Manitoba Assessment Branch or City of Winnipeg Assessment Department provides you with a notice that your property has been reassessed, you may apply for a revision of the assessment to your municipal Board of Revision if you feel your assessed value does not reflect the stated reference year. Your assessed value does impact the total current property taxes you will pay. Knowing that your property assessment reasonably reflects the reference year market value is important. We can help value your property and/or assist with any potential assessment appeal.

Under the legislation, a property owner may also bring support along to the board hearings, and our team can assist in the actual appeal process.
