Areas of Expertise

Malte works primarily with point-in-time residential appraisals for financial institutions as well as for individuals. A majority of his work is performed in rural areas in southeastern Manitoba in and around communities such as Oakbank, Lorette, Ste. Anne, Landmark, Niverville, Anola, and Ile Des Chenes. Some properties that Malte has worked with include a wide range of single family residential homes, rural residential properties, and individual condominium units.
