Val has spent nearly 20 years in Human Resources and is currently employed by Red River College, Steinbach Campus as an Instructor where she teaches Human Resource Management. She joined Red River Group in 2019 as an Associate Property Manager servicing Steinbach and Ste. Anne. She is currently enrolled with Red River College in the Certificate in Adult Education program and is also current Board Chair for Agape House – Eastman Crisis Centre.
