Terence has a construction background, having worked in the industry, primarily in the field of concrete and masonry restoration, over the last 10 years. His understanding of both commercial and residential builds provides him valuable insight in home inspections.

Terence is currently working toward his Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
