About

For many years, Preston has had an interest in real estate. He has enjoyed developing properties (both residential and commercial), renovating houses, and at one point managed a multiple family housing unit. He joined Red River Group in 2011 as a Candidate Appraiser and received his Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (P. App, AACI) designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2020.

Preston works out of our Brandon office providing appraisal services for southwestern Manitoba. He provides point-in-time commercial appraisals, farm/agricultural property and equipment appraisals, as well as residential appraisals for the purpose of construction, renovation, marketing, and financing.
