About

Karen has worked in various accounting positions attaining the designation of CGA, CPA in 2002. In 2005, she joined the team of Red River Group and attained her AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2014. In 2016, she completed the Reserve Fund Planning Program. In 2017, she completed the Certified Executor Advisor Program.

Areas of Expertise

Karen works primarily with reserve fund studies and residential and commercial appraisals, specializing in the rural marketplace for condominium corporations, property managers, financial institutions as well as corporations and individuals. She has performed work throughout Manitoba including Winnipeg and surrounding areas, Steinbach and surrounding areas, Winkler, Morden, Carmen, Ashern, and many points in between. Properties that Karen has worked with include office buildings, retail stores, industrial properties, agricultural dealerships, grocery stores, land development and subdivisions, multi-family apartment and condominium properties, as well as single family homes. She specializes in reserve fund studies, insurance replacement cost appraisals and appraisals for the purposes of construction, renovation, marketing, succession planning, family separation, and fire loss.
