Red River Group’s current order volumes are unprecedented. As such, we are introducing a new response system to ensure the workload for our team members is manageable while also meeting the needs of our clients. The Tier levels are determined by outstanding orders, types of orders and the individual capacity of Red River Group’s team members. There will be limitations on the types of orders that can be placed if we are operating beyond Tier 1.
We are working towards maintaining “Tier 1” levels at all times by adding new members to our team, however that process is not yet complete. As such, we are anticipating being in Tier 4 or 5 at the time of the system launch on April 19, 2021.

To monitor the current Tier we are working under, log into our online order system. By Monday, April 19th you will see a stop light image and description in the upper, left corner which will indicate the current Tier.

TIER 1 – Capacity available

• No conditions and all appraisal requests accepted
• All return times as we have now

TIER 2 – Nearing capacity

• Full appraisals for sales as per regular 48-hour turnaround time – surcharge if less than 48 hours
• Progress requests as per regular 48-hour turnaround time – surcharge if less than 48 hours
• Refinance full appraisals – turn around time increased from 3 days up to 7 days
• Desktops move from 24 hours up to 48-hour turnaround time
• Limit private orders
• Significantly limit AMC orders
• Accept LTO/Divorce appraisals but up to 30 day turn around time

TIER 3 – Full capacity

• Full appraisals for sales as per regular 48-hour turnaround time – surcharge if less than 48 hours
• Progress requests as per regular 48-hour turnaround time – surcharge if less than 48 hours
• Refinance full appraisals – turn around time increased from 7 days up to 14 days
• Desktops move from 24 hours up to 72-hour turnaround time
• Significantly limit any private orders
• Significantly limit AMC orders
• Accept LTO/Divorce appraisals but no commitment on turn around times

TIER 4 – Over capacity

• Full appraisals for sales as per regular 48-hour turnaround time – surcharge if less than 48 hours
• Progress requests as per regular 48-hour turnaround time – surcharge if less than 48 hours
• Refinance full appraisals – up to 30-day return time
• Desktops move from 24 hours up to 72-hour turnaround time
• Significantly limit any private orders
• Do not accept AMC orders
• Significantly limit LTO/Divorce appraisals

TIER 5 – Significantly over capacity

• Full appraisals for sales as per regular 48-hour turnaround time – surcharge if less than 48 hours
• Progress requests as per regular 48-hour turnaround time – surcharge if less than 48 hours
• Refinance full appraisals – we may decline until back to Tier 4
• Desktops move from 24 hours to 72-hour turnaround time
• Do not accept any private orders in most cases
• Do not accept AMC orders
• Significantly limit LTO/Divorce appraisals
