Multi-Family property appraisals can be completed for any number of reasons including sale, purchase, and financing.

As with all our valuations, everyone involved can have peace of mind going into a real estate transaction, that fair market value has been established by an appraiser who is a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada of which are appraisers in our firm are including designated, candidate student members.

Along with the direct comparison and cost approaches to value, multi-family properties will often include an income approach which analyzes the business case for the rentals and establishes value accordingly. 

While not a true valuation, we can also provide rent analysis including letters of market rent where required.
