CHANGES TO TY POINTS

Given the additional restrictions we are seeing in Manitoba to curve the spread of COVID-19, Red River Group has made a few changes to keep everyone safe.

Effective immediately, we are temporarily suspending TY Point Redemption. Limited exceptions will be made for people needing to purchase essential items – if you have questions about this please email feedback@redrivergroup.ca.

Stay tuned to our social media, website, and your email for updates as to how you can use your points to support local businesses once we re-open redemption. As reminder TY points will continue to be credited to your TY account for orders received during this temporary suspension of TY Point redemptions.
