Background: Red River Group began in 1998 as Red River Appraisal Services with two appraisers and has grown to a team of nearly 30 professionals providing valuation and property management services. Our firm is owned by working partners within our group of professionals.
Service Area: We serve rural and urban regions of Manitoba and Eastern Saskatchewan. To better serve our clients we maintain virtual offices in both provinces. Our Manitoba offices include: Winnipeg, Niverville, Winkler, Swan River, Brandon, and MacGregor. Our Saskatchewan office is located in Norquay.
Accreditation: All appraisers in our firm are members in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and many other professional organizations, bringing our clients a reputation of trust and integrity. In addition, our Property Management Division is registered with the Manitoba Securities Commission.
Experience: Our firm takes pride in the diverse background of our team members. This helps us provide culturally sensitive services for the unique socio-economic and cultural make-up of both rural and urban areas of Manitoba and Eastern Saskatchewan. It also ensures that we are able to provide our clients with cross-discipline, trustworthy advice on a number of topics.
